This notice supplements our booking terms and our legal notice. It describes what data we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights.

What we collect and why

Required fields on our forms are marked with an asterisk. Without them we cannot process your enquiry.
Who receives it
Your data is intended for the hotel and its authorised staff. It may be shared with the partners strictly necessary to perform, process, manage and take payment for bookings and to run your stay: our hotel booking provider, our restaurant booking provider, our web host and our accountant.
Your data is never sold, rented or shared for advertising purposes.
External booking modules
The "Book a room" and "Book a table" buttons open modules operated by third-party providers, in a new tab. Once you leave laerodrome.com, the data you enter is processed by those providers under their own privacy policies. No card data is collected or processed by this website.
Cookies and trackers
This website sets no analytics, advertising or social media cookies. Fonts, stylesheets, scripts and images are all served from our own domain: no request is made to a third-party service when you browse the pages.
The one exception: the Getting here and Contact pages display a map provided by OpenStreetMap. Loading it involves a request to openstreetmap.org, which may record your IP address in that service's technical logs. No advertising tracker is associated with the map.
Our host's connection logs retain technical data (IP address, date, pages viewed) for security and operational purposes.
Transfers outside the European Union
Our servers and those of our host are located within the European Union. We do not transfer data outside the European Union in the course of operating this website.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access and disclosure.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended, you have the following rights over your data:
- the right of access and to obtain a copy;
- the right to rectification;
- the right to erasure;
- the right to restriction of processing;
- the right to object, in particular to direct marketing;
- the right to data portability;
- the right to give directions as to what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to hotelrestaurant@laerodrome.com or by post to SARL L'Aérodrome de la Baie de Somme, D1001 – Aérodrome d'Abbeville, 80132 Buigny Saint Maclou, France, enclosing proof of identity. We reply within one month.
If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL — 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be amended to reflect changes in the law or in our practices. The version that applies is the one published on this page.
